Rush: The country was just sold down the river again by your very Republican Party

Everything Obama wanted, everything he asked for, he got.  You go down the list of things, it’s there.

I have a headline here from the Washington Times:  “White House Declares Total Victory Over GOP in Budget Battle.” That headline’s a misnomer.  There was never a battle.  None of this was opposed.  The Republican Party didn’t stand up to any of it, and the die has been cast for a long time on this.  I know many of you are dispirited, depressed, angry, combination of all of that. But, folks, there was no other way this could go. Because two years ago when the Republican Party declared they would never do anything that would shut down the government and they would not impeach Obama, there were no obstacles in Obama’s way and there were no obstacles in the way of the Democrat Party.

  1. The Republicans have given birth to the third party. Thank you GOP. We will look forward to seeing you voted out of office in favor or representatives that know who they work for.

  2. This is a very sad day for me. It really came very clear that the American people have little to know influence on either the republican or democratic party, but the special interested folks due. It is amazing how the America people allow a minority of people rule the country, and that is both in federal and state governments. For example, in Pennsylvania we have higher gas prices than surrounding states, pa governor What to raise taxes for schools, and that will fix everything that is wrong with schools (according to him). So let us not make in attractive for business to come in and hire more people, build more home, and other such positive endeavors. So we lose employment to other more friendly states to business. It is the same approach for the federal government and that has not worked, but you know the progressive are so smart that we will make it all work at some point, by that time I will be in the spiritual world which will be a whole lot safer with more freedom, which we in this world are losing a a rapid rate. What you lose you may never get back without a lot of pain.

Finally, it is now time to separate our selves from both parties in this country and start an American conservative party push out all the progressives with the purpose of make the country safe, prosperous and free for everyone who truly wants to be here like my family did.

  3. All politicians need to go. We need a new Conservative party that will vote for the people. If that doesn’t work then it is time to throw the traitors out with civil war revolution. A civil war NOW is what is needed.

  4. The GOP has made their betrayal of Republican voters complete by throwing all in with Democrat spending.

Democrats claim moral authority over Christian conservatives

Democrats escalate their War on Christianity and the Constitution

Climate change – nature being used by Democrats to dupe those ignorant of actual science into believing man can destroy the Earth with carbon dioxide.

Obama has said he will side with Islam against America – something NO Christian would ever say!

  5. Well, all of the studies and inquiries on PP showed there was no wrongdoing whatsoever, and it serves millions of poor women and keeps them healthy and out of emergency rooms (that are tax-payer funded), so that’s a no-brainer to fund. And, there were lots of tax breaks for rich people, so y’all should be happy with that. And, they increased military funding, and that’s a GOP priority. Also, they funded more security for visas. And, it funds the National Institutes of Health, so we can avoid a repeat of the Ebola scare in the future. And it gives help to the 9/11 First Responders – we all want that, right? And, it restricts the IRS from looking into “dark money” – that’s a GOP priority, so it can hide mega-corporate campaign contributions. Oh, and the oil export ban was lifted – a good thing for Big Oil (although bad for the planet, but who needs to breathe?) And, let’s not forget, unemployment is down to 5% from 10% just a few years ago, gas prices are the lowest they have been in years, there are more jobs being created every single month than in years, and the stock market is doing extremely well already, not to mention that the fed govt. has been cut by over 20% over the last 6 years. So, all in all, I’m not sure it’s the worst tax and spending bill I’ve ever seen.
